Wall-to-Wall Studios Designs Integrated Branding Campaign for Pittsburgh Marathon’s 10th Anniversary Race

To commemorate ten years running, W|W designed the integrated campaign for the 10th anniversary of The Dick’s Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon, commonly referred to as the Pittsburgh Marathon. An annual footrace held the first Sunday in May, the marathon is produced by P3R (Pittsburgh Three Rivers Marathon, Inc.), a non-profit organization which promotes the love of long-distance running and enhances community involvement in fitness activities through high quality events open to a wide variety of ages and ability levels. Over forty-thousand people took over the steel city streets during race weekend, including a Saturday record of over 15,000 participants in the UPMC Health Plan/UPMC Sports Medicine Pittsburgh 5K Run, Toyota Pittsburgh Kids Marathon, Sheetz Pittsburgh Toddler Trot and Rachael Ray Nutrish Pittsburgh Pet Walk. W|W’s work included the event identity and visual branding, advertising, environmental applications, apparel, social media graphics, campaign launch video, medal, style guide and more.
