Our formative client collaborations begin with a W|W-facilitated Brand UnWorkshop. Typically a half-day or longer, the session is designed to foster an understanding of an organization’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring that everyone is working toward a shared goal with common intent and enhancing collaboration. After some capacity building to get the client team in the right headspace, a series of interactive exercises and discussion in an open and welcoming space help uncover key insights, setting the stage for success.
W|W also offers the Brand UnWorkshop as a stand-alone deliverable for organizations that are feeling stuck and need some upfront clarity to help inform decision-making and next steps.

Tools we built
While there’s no shortage of tech tools and platforms used by the W|W team (each with a corresponding cost/fee), we’ve found that building a set of our own tools has improved our efficiency, enhanced workflow, improved communications and saved us some money.
The Unworkshop App
As the CV-19 pandemic hit in 2020, we needed to quickly pivot our in-person workshop experience into a virtual offering and the UnWorkshop App was born. Workshop participants easily access the client-facing app using a QR code on any device and enter their answers to questions directly in the App. The back-end experience provides real-time data visualization of participants', positioning the W|W team to facilitate informed discussions. Using a variety of exercise types for both individuals and groups such as brainstorm, sliders, quadrant, and forms, each workshop is uniquely tailored for the client. The underlying App is built by W|W using Sanity, a modern, headless CMS.

WorkWork App is a project management and job tracking platform specifically designed for small client service businesses. It streamlines client onboarding, manages various job types (fixed-fee, hourly, retainer), and facilitates team assignments and communication. The app aims to provide clear reporting on time, budgets, and invoicing, and can integrate with other tools like Basecamp, Dropbox, and Toggl for a unified workflow.

KanKan is a visual collaboration tool that uses Kanban-style boards, lists, and cards to organize tasks and projects. It allows individuals and teams to easily track progress, assign responsibilities, set due dates, and share information in an intuitive, drag-and-drop interface. KanKan helps to simplify workflow management and enhance team communication across various projects and industries.
BlokBlok
BlokBlok is a highly customizable, component-based content management system (CMS) designed to empower brands with unique content needs. It provides a flexible framework, utilizing individual content "blocks" that can be combined and reused across a website, allowing for bespoke designs rather than relying on pre-packaged themes. This system also includes essential CMS features like asset management, version control, and user administration, aiming to balance ease of use with powerful content creation capabilities. BlokBlok CMS is one of several CMS platforms that W|W leverages in projects, in addition to Sanity (modern, headless), WordPress (traditional, hosted), SquareSpace, Webflow, and Shopify.
